Strategic PlanningSince 2002 I have been assisting organisations to develop their Strategic Business Plans using the 1 Page Business Plan process. This proved to be successful because it was quick to create, easy to implement, and flexible enough to be upgraded on a regular basis.

This same process is now used to help people create their Work, Life, and Health plans. When done successfully these form the foundation for a Workplace Wellbeing Program that can be used for committees, HR Managers, or business owners to create a 12 month Workplace Wellbeing Program

Laughter Yoga has many facets and applications. One of them is to present it at Conferences, to Corporates, and to Businesses where substantial income can be received. There is a need for people who wish to create a Laughter Yoga, or any other service based business, to be able to maximize the opportunities which are now available in this area.
